Susan is writing novels set in the Pacific Northwest. Her brief business books offer pointers on investor relations, crisis communications and public relations. Her whimsical series, "Boating with Buddy," follows a rescue dog's boating adventures.

In the past, she has worked in corporate communications, public relations and investor relations for Seattle biotechnology companies.
